then how can i overcome this problem.i have restored windows many times. it is working properly until i install messengers or any yahoo products(yahoo toolbar etc).after installing any of these, my computer simply hangs up after i started my computer

try updating your operating system. That is install all the updates , patches and service packs for your operating system (windows xp) . Try downloading the latest version of yahoo messenger. Make sure your computers configuration meets the configuration needed by yahoo messenger.
Reply:You may need more memory to run them. Anything less than 512 mb will cause you problems. You keep needing more and more with all the advance technology.
